The guy sneaking in a extra steak charge x2 . My two lunches coat over $42. Which is not even full on our plates. Also he charged me "small soda" that I didn't ordered. He is absolutely sneaky and unbelievable not honesty! This us our second time give Chipotle a chance but it failed again. We will not give any our hard earned money to this disgusting disgraceful brand. Since I was very busy and not be able to post this review since November.

- DBDouglas BarnhillNov 6, 20251.0Computers were down when I walked in, Donna the manager was freaking out and immediately let me know that she was taking no more orders for the night because the computers were down. So I left and went to my car, I definitely was not welcome in side the store evidently. I waited for a few and tried the online app, still down, I wait another 10 minutes and it was up and working. I ordered online bit now my wait was another 30 minutes. I tried to go through the drive thru and was told my order wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I explained the situation and was ask to leave and come back, this is when I ask the girl in the window who the other lady at the front counter was. She said Donna the manager. Well Donna if you continue to manage this location I will not return, it's not the customers fault that the computers are down or that your stressing over a job that should be centered around courteous customer service. What a shame that a great place to eat like Chipotle is tarnished by someone who hates their job. I'll check back periodically to see when Donna is terminated and may return to eating here till then I will go to big head burritos.
