    Why even bother requesting sauces you want. I have tried chaging the order for it, and adding and paying for extras. Never will they give you what you request, and not even the extras you pay for.

    Placed an order, and was told 45 mins for delivery. At the 1 hr mark, I called to ask about the order .....and was told that the order was ready 15 mins after it was placed.....and was en-route. The order arrived just after I called to inquire, but the driver had no idea what to do if I was unhappy with a delivery which was not to my standard. I asked to check the order, which I opened both pie boxes, and the cheese had already hardened yet the box was still slightly warm. With hungry kids, I opted to keep the pizza's as we couldn't wait for another order, particularly if it would be another hour. Additionally, when the order arrived, it was incorrect. I have used this location prior to this order, with no issues, and was disappointed on the service.
