ZACH is genuinely the rudest manager that place has any time i talk to him it is an argument NOT a conversation. i went a week ago and they couldn’t make my breakfast order said i would get a refund in 1-3 business days and that day never came currently on day 7 of that 1-3 business days and corporate and the 877 number will not answer my calls and when i called the store this morning (bc 877 number told me they would reach back out about my refund and points) the lady was very nice just sounded busy but after i already had a problem last week when i was there, again zach got on the phone with a tone like i had done something wrong, saying “how can i help you” im a very condescending way when the prior lady had just been explaining everything to him. he is also the one that told me 1-3 days and now he’s telling me 7-14 days. i mean anybody i talk to here from store to corporate have serious issues, if you don’t like ur job GET A NEW ONE i didn’t make you become a manager at ur local mcd
