- CNChristopher NareNov 15, 20252.0I stopped here to get a cold brew and a turkey sausage egg wrap. I decided to walk in since they were busy and the drive-thru was about 8 cars deep. After waiting around 10 minutes for my wrap, the person dropped the bag with my food, and the wrap fell out, so they had to remake it, which took a few more minutes. It definitely wasn't quick, and no one acknowledged my long wait or the need to remake my order. Don't go here if you want fast, friendly service.

I’m assuming someone new is making the donuts some mornings and doesn’t really care about quality. I spoke to a manager who was so nice and understanding, gave it a week, went back and it’s the same issue. I order the same thing twice a week and unfortunately I’ll have to start getting it elsewhere. Hopefully they can get the situation resolved because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has brought this up. Mini jelly donuts with absolutely no filling in some and hardly any in the rest. The one pictured has a hole and that’s it, just a dry donut. These are my absolute favorites and I hate that I can no longer get them right down the street.

Too bad the employee messed up our order and acted like it was my fault for them missing items when I came back to get the rest of it. A simple sorry goes a long way.
