- LKLishelle KrahlJan 4, 20261.0Went to this Dunkin’ and ordered two frozen drinks and some Munchkins. When I got to work and tried my drink, it tasted extremely bitter and almost burnt. I know Dunkin’ doesn’t use espresso for frozen drinks, but something was clearly off—it was honestly undrinkable. My girlfriend also tried the drink and started gagging it was so bad. We brought it back to get it fixed, and instead of being helpful, the staff made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable and very “mean-girled.” Not a great experience at all. Mistakes happen, but the attitude afterward is what really sealed it for us. We will be stopping at our home dunkin before coming up here from now on to avoid this in the future. 0/10 service.
