  Dont recall asking for blackened chicken tenders and the guy taking my order acted like he absolutely hated his job. No wonder this place is never busy

  The last four visits, the food quality was down. The employees was very loud & rude. The tables was dirty.

  I work next door to this Wendy's so I've eaten lunch there regularly. I don't have anything good to say about this Wendy's. Burnt burgers, cold fries, your order is wrong, management does not care. Here's an example: The other day a buddy recommended that I try their new cheesy bacon cheeseburger so I did. On March 6 I ordered a double cheesy bacon cheeseburger on the app with a side of fries. I walked over to pick up my order and the fries were cold. I asked for warm fries and watched them cook the new fries while continuing to serve the nasty old fries to at least 3 drive thru customers. The manager watched the whole situation with disinterest. So I got my fresh fries and my burger and walked back to work on my lunch break. Once I got back to my employee break area I realized the burger was not what I ordered, it was a single rather than the double that I ordered. I then had to go back to Wendy's to get the burger that I ordered in the first place. The manager couldn't care less. I told her "This is the wrong burger", she looked at my burger and then the receipt and replied "this is a single", I responded "yes", she replied "you ordered a double", I responded "yes". Nothing else was said. I finally got what I actually ordered. There were no apologies, no 'I'm sorry you wasted half of your lunch break dealing with our incompetence."

  Our drive through order wasn’t ready so we were told to pull around to the front. We waited for 20 minutes. We finally went inside to check on our order and they forgot about us and told us it would be another 6 minutes.

  this wendy's hasn't been good since 22, wendy's in general has just gone downhill, very disappointed
