Honest work ain't anything anymore I swear ordered 2 simple frito wraps literally meat cheese frito simple right tell me why I open my burritos there not wrapped it's a mess not even one piece of cheese melted the meat was particularly still frozen and ik since I work for Ampler that's this is totally not OK why serve food if you wouldn't eat it yourself I couldn't even call it a burrito rather a smushed pancake what a joke literally I work fast food myself and hardly have a crew yet we wouldnt do that to our customers but ig sonic loves it's customers bc i tried to call about it but yet my call was forwarded repeatedly and one last thing i hope they got there meal bc some reason someone's ticket was on our bag with they're last four digits of visa not cool nor safe.

Me and my husband had our food doordashed and while the doordasher was excellent, our food came mostly cold and seemily just tossed in the wrapper, which is crazy because our dasher arrived quicker than expected with our food. I recommend either monitoring your employees better and making sure they do their job or fire the whole damn team. I work in fast food and we're required to have our food out HOT and MADE RIGHT.
