I actually went to this Dairy Queen quite a bit up until a recent encounter I had with I believed to be the owner or at least the manager. I waited patiently for an order and while doing so some of the workers behind the counter decided to argue about an order. Once they finally got the situation resolved, my order was ready and they basically just threw my food out on the counter and told me to leave. I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen for over 20 years and they just lost a customer. There’s way too many options in Stanford for them to be acting like that. If you want some friendly service and good food, I would suggest going to arbys or Burger King right down the road

Quite busy. Went inside to order. Three to four workers at the counter. The lady in front of me had a large ice cream order. She received her order and three customers behind me received their orders and left. Finally I asked about my milkshake. Then they fixed it. Disappointing. Milkshake was good and prepared correctly.

Worse Dairy Queen ever been to. Was passing through traveling the blonde woman at drive thru was so rude. We order chicken strip baskets asked for a bbq sauce she goes that’s going be 97 cent we simply asked we don’t get a sauce with chicken strips. She said you should said you wanted bbq at the drive thru. Terrible service it’s sad nobody takes pride in their jobs anymore and treat customers with common curiosity or respect. Terrible fast food restaurant will never stop at this location again if I’m in the area

My sister did a mobile order for a Valentines treat for my mother, bother, and me, so I go to pick it up and was told they do not have the order, I show them proof that the order was placed and paid for and was to be picked up there and yes it was the correct store. The manager kept telling me she could not do anything about it because it did not show up on their end even though I had proof of the order, if you are a TRUE MANAGER than YES you can do something about it, you can make it right. This manger just kept saying she could not do anything about it, she did not even look at the proof I had. My sister called the store to place the order and was told she needed to place the order through the mobile app., alot of good that did. It is crazy why they would not take her order over the phone than all of this mess could have been avoided. We had a problem last year trying to pick up an order my sister placed, your operation is poor. I will not be eating there anymore.
