The only solutions I’ve been offered is that she will fix the issue or that she’s sorry. But it only seems to be getting worse. Time after time I go there and there’s always something missing from my order. Something is cold. Or it reeks of substances. I work very hard for my money and like to take it easy a night or two out of the week and grab some fast food. I get that it’s supposed to be fast, but is it really fast food if you have to 1) go back through the line to request something to be fixed or 2) have to drive back to the restaurant to get something replaced, never put in the bag, or got the wrong order entirely??? I’m getting sick of being told the problem will be fixed. Sorry isn’t cutting it anymore. Sorry isn’t changing that fact that these workers can’t be bothered to pay attention to the order on the screen and are more concerned about being out in the parking lot trading around with friends.
