    If I could give this place negative numbers I would… went through the drive through this morning 11-19-25 ordered me and my daughter breakfast she refused to give me my receipt that I asked for then she asked me to pull up to parking spot one which I did and I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my food so I went in and that’s when they told me they had to remake the gravy cuz it was water… ok that doesn’t take 20 minutes so they put my food together gave it to me and the gravy was still water my food that was already done had been sitting there for 20 minutes… i was like next time ill just sit at the widow I’m not pulling forward and the girl that refused to give me my order and took my order said well we have to because we’re timed…. Uummm ok there’s a reason for that

    I placed an order for an ice cream cake earlier in the week with specific instructions, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it hadn’t even been made. The staff explained that their cake maker is only in once a week—which is something they should have mentioned when I placed the order. Instead, I wasted my time and left without the cake I needed. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If a location can’t fulfill cake orders reliably, they shouldn’t be taking them in the first place.

    Their syrup to carbonation ratio is off; makes Coke taste like it’s mixed with Dr. Pepper, and often flat Dr. Pepper at that. No excuse for this fountain machine maintenance error when a drink is nearly $4 after tax.

    Easily the worst fastfood service in pike county. They never get your order right and act offended when you want it corrected. The manager and every employee need to be retrained on customer service. Thank god Wendy's is reopening soon!
