    It would be nice if the managers and employees had even an ounce of customer service skills or even if they could do their job correctly. I love Dairy Queens food but anytime I go to this location I am met with rude employees, incorrect food, and an overall poor experience. Call me disappointed yet again.

    If I could give this place negative numbers I wouldā€¦ went through the drive through this morning 11-19-25 ordered me and my daughter breakfast she refused to give me my receipt that I asked for then she asked me to pull up to parking spot one which I did and I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my food so I went in and thatā€™s when they told me they had to remake the gravy cuz it was waterā€¦ ok that doesnā€™t take 20 minutes so they put my food together gave it to me and the gravy was still water my food that was already done had been sitting there for 20 minutesā€¦ i was like next time ill just sit at the widow Iā€™m not pulling forward and the girl that refused to give me my order and took my order said well we have to because weā€™re timedā€¦. Uummm ok thereā€™s a reason for that

    I placed an order for an ice cream cake earlier in the week with specific instructions, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it hadnā€™t even been made. The staff explained that their cake maker is only in once a weekā€”which is something they should have mentioned when I placed the order. Instead, I wasted my time and left without the cake I needed. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If a location canā€™t fulfill cake orders reliably, they shouldnā€™t be taking them in the first place.
