  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve eaten at. As someone who used to work at a McDonald’s in Mt. Washington, I know how things are supposed to be run — and this location is not meeting those standards. Multiple times I’ve ordered from here, the patties have tasted old and cold, like they’ve been sitting far longer than they should. From my experience, those should be replaced regularly (around every 30 minutes), so this is really concerning. Unfortunately, it’s also made me feel sick more than once. At this point, I’ve stopped ordering from this location entirely. For clarity, I typically order through delivery, and my orders arrive quickly (within 10 minutes) and directly from the store. This is not a delivery-related issue — the food quality suggests problems with how it is being prepared and held before pickup. The concern is with in-store food safety and handling, not the drivers.

  Worst fast food on the planet! Buns are always hard. Food is cold. The french fries are horrible.. I’ve been there about six times in the past three months and each time I think it’s gonna be better and it never is! They need some management that cares about service and about the customer. The last time I was there, I was asked to pull up to wait for my food and I waited for 40 minutes and finally I had to go in the store because they had forgotten me. That was at the Corbin McDonald’s on master Street. Horrible restaurant!

  this McDonald's sucks compared to any other store I've ever eaten at. the food tastes awful and they are always no matter what always missing at least one item from our orders. recently visited the south McDonald's and they were a great place to eat at food tasted better and they had our order correct, unlike the north McDonald's the south store can perform better in multiple ways.
