    You know, the funny thing about this is is I go there every morning for breakfast.Every other morning, my order is wrong and every morning.There's a different price.Because nobody knows how to work or register.Or maybe they're just programmed to overcharge me. One day I pay seven dollars for breakfast.The next morning, I order the exact same order.And it's twelve and a half dollars

    12-4-25 10:25pm at the sign to order, two cars in front of me. 10:58 got food. Burgers are hard/burnt. Diet Coke was not Diet Coke. Would have pulled back in but the drive through line went to hey 27. Won’t be back. It should be criminal to operate like this. 25 dollars wasted.

    This is the second time they were a huge nightmare. Last time they claimed they didn't receive my order. I showed them a screenshot and they said they couldn't do anything about it without it being up on the app and I had already closed it. Today I place another mobile order, hoping the last issue was just a fluke. They missed half the order this time and husband didn't realize it until he got all the way home. I called the store and spoke to Elaine, the manager. She asked twice if I was sure it was the North Wendy's and the second time it made me furious - the two stores are at completely opposites ends of town. She started to ask me a third time. I guess she figured I'm too stupid to be able to tell which one I was at, or the difference between North and South. I read her their address off of the receipt before I let her finish asking me the third time (that would have turned on my Karen impersonation). Then she couldn't find a copy of my order and my husband just picked (part of) it up 15 minutes ago. He's going back to pick up the rest, but it's not a five minute drive. I'm fuming and we're done with this Wendy's. The South store's food is not very good. I guess next time we want a baked potato we'll get it at Arby's!!
