  UPDATE: will say - service has significantly improved for the last few visits. It’s either hit or miss at this location. Wait forever to get a drink you did not order or short line and made perfectly. Go figure. Quality control and attention to detail aren’t core values here. And it’s not exactly affordable to get such an uneven product. I still go there, so maybe I’m just willing to pay high prices for mediocre service and product since that’s usually what this location delivers. I suspect there’s a lack of basic training for employees since they don’t seem to know their own product - like the difference between a chiller and an iced coffee, for example. Hot coffees? No, you mean lukewarm coffee that’s barely body temperature. Oh, and let’s not even start on the awful music they blare on the outdoor speakers.

  EXCELLENT iced caramel mocha! the small is pretty good size & the price is reasonable.

  My wife recommended this place as her boss had ordered from here one morning for work. She had originally ordered a hot cinnamon roll that morning. This time around was very different. It's nothing like she tasted before, not sweet, bitter and barely passes as "hot" if at all. I got the "smooth 7" Irish creme and white chocolate breve. I can barely taste any Irish creme at all. Neither of our drinks are hot at all. I might as well got iced. The only people with us who like their drink are our kids who against our better judgement got energy drinks "pink mermaids" (both cold drinks) I would much rather save the long trip to Somerset and stop at our local Battlefield Coffee in Nancy. It could have been due to the copious amount of customers, an off day? I don't know but I don't take time out of my weekend with a special gift for the kids to get mediocre coffee when I'd rather drink coffee out of the pot at home than this.. They skipped us in the line (employees walking the like taking orders) instead we ordered at the window spot which you would think our drinks would have been hotter being just made. Instead multiple employees asked us if we ordered drinks that we didn't order, until finally being asked by a third person what our order was. Not their best day. I don't know if it's always like this, as other people seem to have better reviews, but based on our experience we will not be returning.

  The coffee was excellent and the service was good. However, why do you want me to leave a tip when I order from my car and are handed a coffee through the window of my car? And they shove a tablet in your face and say "it's going to ask you one question" Yeah, that question is how much tip you want to leave. It's just wrong.

  I adore 7 Brew 10/10 highly recommend this coffee place it is now my absolute go to place for coffee. ❤️ Staff is super nice and friendly and you get exactly what you order or they help you if your not a coffee connoisseur like myself. I love this place!!
