- DBd ville benny3 days ago2.0I went to order a pizzas over the phone and the line was busy for 45 minutes, desided to drive up there order and wait for pizzas. I'm disabled and have a terrible time walking let alone having to carry Pizza box's with a cane! Imagine that. I drove to the drive thru to talk with a person explained the above problem. She told me to make the order on line or walk into the store she wasn't taking my order or credit card thru the drive thru. So much for making accommodations to some one who is handicapped. Explained I was disabled and had the permit on my car. She could not compromise and told me she was the manager. There were no customers in their lobby, both delivery cars sitting out front, no pizzas sitting waiting to be picked up. I think they took their phone off the hook, although she said it wasn't working. They won't deliver 3.5 miles up Buck Creek rd. I told her this would be my last order there. Why would that girl care she'll be fired next week and some one else wi;; be the manager. If she owned the business she would accommodate a repeat client.

Sorry but when did it become normal to have a prepayment for ordering pizza for an order over $50. I have cash not a card so I couldn’t order at all due to this “stores” requirements. Well Papa John’s didn’t need that so I ordered with them.

NO MORE !! Food is ok, delivery is sketchy at best. Placed ALL orders ON LINE, to make it all virtually MINDLESS to all the “winners” that work there. No forks, no napkins, cold soda forgotten, or soda delivered INSIDE HOT FOOD BAG. Call to complain after 3rd time in a row delivery MISTAKES. Was talked to LIKE A DOG by female “manager” on duty. Was told now have to REQUEST ONLINE plastic forks, napkins, CORRECTLY ORDERED frosting for lava cakes, instead of habanero delivered. They want to make $15/hr. ?? DO YOUR JOB !!! And they wonder WHY they’re making MINIMUM WAGE !! NOT WORTH A PLUGGED NICKEL !!!!! GO ELSEWHERE…..ANYWHERE !!!
