    Absolutely awful. We love Dairy Queen and when going state to state we love to enjoy our Dairy Queen as much as the next however this location has ruined it for us completely. The customer service was beyond disappointing. We didnā€™t get half of what we asked for and got one meal completely opposite of what we asked for. When we tried to ask where we needed to pull up to we got the window slammed in our face. I understand people have bad days however that is no excuse to be as rude and hateful to others as we were treated. Definitely not coming back and wish they could answer a phone so I can either get my money back for food that isnā€™t even eatable or something. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone traveling or anyone in the area in general.

    Took 20 minutes to get 2 blizzards and a milkshake and we were the only customers. Both bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Looked like a monkey cage that had not been cleaned in a week. Feces in the urinals and all over the seats. Floors were sticky. Grossest thing I have ever seen.

    Consistently have had bad experiences at the DQ. It usually takes 20 minutes to get your food. This evening we went through the drive thru while employees were taking a smoke break and claimed they were out of all food and the ice cream machine was broken. Always poor service and unfriendly staff.

    This place is horrible customer service To the management and employees , I would not recommend gettng food from them at all ar even working for this company! If you value your health and want to stay well Please I advise not to eat at this location !
