  They gave me a large chai that was 90% milk. Didn't even taste the chai just tasted like MILK.

  Nastiest location in louisville. I advised them that they might want to wipe things down, sanitize a bit. Ordered a half dozen and the price came out to $1.00 more than advertised it theyre store and of course it was my fault for realizing, because the for sure shrugged it off "oh yea those are old prices"....never be back.

  If you want stall donuts then don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts cause that’s what you’ll get (day old).

  When ur expecting the food and drink to be ready on time and your waiting over 15 mins while staff stands at the counter doing nothing...that's purely insane....and disrespectful to all customers.....clutching the hands...looking at their phones...mgr ( supposedly) sitting in the inside tables waiting for what....only gets up when there's 2 customers and says ..." They're working on your order" but they not really" and he walks away playing on his phone" ...such disappointment on his part...They have done this multi times to customers and let them get away with it...changed mgrs multi times too...not good....fix your situation soon
