She treated other customers normally, but when it was my turn, her tone changed—she spoke sharply, refused to answer simple questions, and acted as if serving me was a burden. She made dismissive comments under her breath and rushed me through the order while giving everyone else patience and courtesy. Her attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome. Management needs to address this immediately, because no customer should deal with that kind of behavior.
