There were a couple of people loitering in the parking lot. Employees seemed like they'd rather be at the dentist than at the restaurant. Chicken sandwich was good but fries were lukewarm. Ketchup dispenser was obviously broken and empty. About half of the options in the soda dispenser were unavailable or empty.Trash cans were full. Floor was sticky. Windows had a film built up on them. Parking lot was rough with a rather large pothole in the drive through lane. This Wendy's could benefit from a good cleaning, restocking and maintenance check.
