- DCD C1 day ago2.0Order online for Lobby pick up and walk up and try to open the door and it's locked so then I go through drive-thru only for the person working drive through to tell me I need to come inside to pick up my order. So I do, and it's the most pathetic looking hamburger and fries I've ever seen. I asked them if that hamburger is correct and the manager just looks at me like I'm stupid. I know Wendy's raising their prices and reducing their portions is out of their hands but this store sucks anyways. No wonder Wendy's are shutting down everywhere. They may end up losing me as a customer for good
