Btw I drive a semi truck so I parked at the Pilot. I walked over the lobby was closed. So I then proceeded to drive thru window. I was denied service because I wasn't in a regular vehicle. Ive been to so many other fast food restaurants and they've allowed for me to order at drive thru window. This was extremely upsetting. I hope management changes this. There are many drivers that are in need of food at these hours.
