I have been all over states and always choose subway to another fast-food, as i feel it fresh and tasty. And service was always perfect until today, when i encountered the lady by the name Cassy ( not sure about spelling). She has been very rude for no reason and arguing, as I’m some kind of stupid guy. So let me tell my experience here: I requested to prepare the meal of the day, which means it includes drink and chips or cookies. She prepared a sandwich, but when it was a time to pay, there was another lady( name starts with letter N)at the cashier, she asked i want anything else. Not chips or cookies. I have replied that I just wanna meal, guessing she is offering some other product. And suddenly Cassy decided to rudely talk to me telling me: “what do u want, she cannot guess whats in your mind. Tell her you want cookie or chips.” I was shocked and replied to her that no need to be rude, i just said i don’t need anything apart from my meal and i want cookies. I really don’t understand what is wrong with her, no mood or bad day. But you have to be professional. I would understand if i was rude, disrespectful or difficult. So please be aware of this place and hopefully management reads reviews and works on them.
