So I tried the drive thru one more time waited 5 minutes no one ever said anything. I even sat there and called then to see if they would answer the phone and nope no one answered. But as I said let's just go and started pulling away onky then did a older blonde lady walk out and said we are closed we are having water issues with food in her mouth. Mind you this was at 10:45 on Mo day December 22nd. If your closed and having issues that's fine just get on the speaker and say that dont leave us sitting there. I used to love sonic but this put a very bad look on them.

I’ve only tried multiple times, because my mom loves it. However they refuse service more than they provide it. The multiple times I’ve tried: 1. Ordered online and told when I arrived the order was cancelled because they’re too busy. 2. I’ve waited at the speaker for 10+ minutes only to be told it was cash only and when I said I had cash they told me they have no drinks and then when I said I didn’t need a drink they said they were closing… at 3:30pm on a random week day. 3. They said their system was down and couldn’t take orders. 4. Went to a stall and was told there were three people waiting for food and it would be a moment before they could take more orders. 5. Said they were only doing DoorDash orders. Obviously this place cannot maintain employees or multitask different orders. Good luck if you ever get an order from here!
