  New GM seems intent to turn this place around. We were just passing through and saw a Sonic so my wife made me stop. :) Previous reviews were concerning but the service was fast and friendly and the food was good. No issues at all. The new GM even came an introduced himself. Keep it up!

  If you order DoorDash from here and it is late, it’s because they leave the driver sitting at the speaker for 10+ minutes without saying a word to them. No communication at all. And it is always like that, doesn’t matter the time or day of the week. Flabbergasted they remain operational. The two cars ahead of me in line ended up driving away without ordering because they simply weren’t spoken to and I had to back out of my dash order. There were people inside and they were open. I was speechless.

  they mess up my order and I did not get what I wanted and the drink was supposed to be a shark bite but it ends turning into a sprite the fries were too hard to even eat the food was just crazy

  Everytime I come to pick up a order from here its minimum 30 minute wait with no one else there. 5 staff inside and still no eta for a single frozen dessert item. Don't waste your time coming here.

  I just went here for breakfast sat at the drive thru for 15 min no one answered..then drove to on of the parking spots hit the button and waited and waited no one ever came. So I tried the drive thru one more time waited 5 minutes no one ever said anything. I even sat there and called then to see if they would answer the phone and nope no one answered. But as I said let's just go and started pulling away onky then did a older blonde lady walk out and said we are closed we are having water issues with food in her mouth. Mind you this was at 10:45 on Mo day December 22nd. If your closed and having issues that's fine just get on the speaker and say that dont leave us sitting there. I used to love sonic but this put a very bad look on them.
