Sometimes can't open at hours advertised, due to short of help.The customer definitely doesn't come first. The management has the attitude customer isn't that important. I have been a customer that frequents this location 6 days a week generally and sometimes more than once a day.

- KBKandace bbyNov 30, 20251.0I'd give a zero if possible. Ordered food at 958 only to be told when we got there that they stop taking mobile orders at 10 and couldn't make it. They'd issue a refund. They also state they are 24 hours but turn all the lights off so no one knows the lobby is open. Used points to get the things placed on mobile order and then had to turn around and go through the line to reorder and not have points to get things with. They are rude and don't want to work and if that's the case get a new job or shut it down at 10. Still waiting in line for 2 burgers and it's 10:22 pm. Make it make sense. Go to any other restaurant but this one.
