  I came to get a coffee from this location Friday evening at the drive-through. I asked for a small hot coffee — I said it many times — and when I got to the window to pay, I also asked the girl to please make sure my coffee was hot. She said yes, it’s hot. Once I got the coffee and drove off from the drive-through, I opened the lid and tried it. It was extremely cold and very, very old. I’m 100% sure this coffee was made in the morning. It was a very bad experience, and I will never go back there again. I honestly do not recommend it to anyone. I already told my family and friends, who also experienced something similar. Honest to god it’s pricy for a small coffee to 2.49 When you can get a very hot coffee of scooters and i recommend that place and it’s way better.

  I stopped by the sheperdsville dunkin donuts today and although they were extremely busy, the manager on duty, I think she said her name was linsey, was so nice and helpful to me and my daughter. She made our frozen caramel drinks and they were hands down the best we had ever had! Thank you linsey!

  We tried using a gift card and the cashier said it was empty. We checked it once we got home, and it had a balance of $10. The munchkins were still good, we went early in the morning to avoid the stale donuts everyone else is getting. The worst part was my bagel. The sticker says “toasted,” but this is more burnt than anything. How could they think this was okay to serve? I think additional training needs to be done.

  Ordered a latte they gave me a black coffee. Went back to changed it they just added cream to the black coffee. As they don’t know what a latte is ?
