  Food is decent but the AI ordering feature is the worst thing possible. Messed our order up twice. Won't be returning.

  Visited the store today and their AI order machine ordered the wrong food. Got to the window and person charged me the wrong amount for my normal meal. I ask him if the prices had changed and he said he didn’t know. Had me pull up to door and waited 15 minutes only to get the wrong food. Told person and he went in and came back with the correct food and the food that I didn’t order. He said I could have all the food for the same amount. Told him I didn’t want the wrong food and I wanted the money they overcharged me. He said he couldn’t do that so I told him to have the manager come out. Came back and said the manager said that I had to park and come in. I obviously said no because I’m disabled and had my dog with me. The manager refused to come out so 25 minutes had passed now and I backed up to the drive through window and demanded to see the manager. I told him that I had been in a hurry and they had wasted 25 minutes waiting for my correct order and refund. I told him any respectable store would have offered to give me the food and refunded my money for all the trouble that I went through and would apologize. He laughed and told me that he wasn’t going to happen. He said that he wasn’t going to do anything and that I was no longer welcome there and that I should leave. I told him that I wouldn’t leave until I got either my refund and the food. He said that wasn’t gonna happen walked away from me and I said I’m not leaving until you take care of me and he said you’re no longer welcome leave or I’m gonna call the police. I told him to call the police and then when he walked away, bluffing me, I sat there at the window and blew the horn until he came back and he said you’re no longer welcome. Told him that I wanted his name and phone number for corporate. He refused to give me his name and or give me any type of phone number or way to contact the corporate to complain so I did drive away. The pictures are two of the sandwiches that I waited almost 30 minutes for and were all broken up. The other two were fine The regular store employees were very nice and you could tell that they were uncomfortable with the way the manager acted. Not sure if he was the real manager because he was rude and extremely unprofessional. Sad that a decent food place is run by such an incompetent person.

  My wife and I like stopping by Bojangles when we go to Shepardsville Kentucky. The biscuits are always good while I also love their bo rounds. They are delicious and the portion size of each bo round is perfect in my opinion with the amount of them you get in an order.

  I would give 10 stars to the service staff if it let me. Great, friendly ,accommodating. Very personable. Very clean restaurant and delicious food. The staff the night of the 8th deserve a commendation for sure.

  I have ate here twice, the most recent being last Friday. Both times the food was great. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were the best I've had in a long time. The chicken was fresh and hot. Very good food in my book.
