  Stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts in Shepherdsville in the morning and had a great experience. The line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly which is always appreciated during the morning rush. My drink was fresh, consistent, and exactly how I ordered it. Everything felt smooth and well-run, and the store was clean too. Definitely a reliable spot to grab a morning drink

  Stopped by the newly opened Dunkin in shepherdsville ky and honestly pretty good first impression. Place still brand new so everything clean and organized. Even with morning rush line was moving quick and staff seemed like they know what they doing. Got iced coffee and egg cheese, coffee wasn’t watered down and sandwich was hot and fresh so no complaints there. What I liked most was service, they was friendly and not stressed even with lot of people. That’s kinda rare for new place. If they keep it like this it’s def gonna be go to spot around here.

  I’m happy they have a Dunkin in Shepherdsville now. The only problem is the lady I assume is the manager who also runs the window half the time has no clue what she’s doing, and if she’s manager owner, That’s even more Concerning. Last time she screwed up my order, this time it was even more comical because I asked for a standard Americano, in which she gave me an extra large iced Americano.. When I said, I didn’t order it iced, she went back and tried to steam the cold Americano and threw it in a cup and put a lid on it, sloppy, frothy and all. When I went back in and confronted the staff, their facial expression showed that they have to deal with this problem from that specific person more than once a day. Make a change before you lose your business and put one of the other Women in charge if that window lady is the manager. The reason it’s at two and not a one is because the other Staff member knew what they were doing. I’d give it a three for her, but I don’t want the other person’s actions to be reviewed as standard or acceptable

  My kids were excited about the new Dunkin in town. The fist time we went we just got drinks. They made one of the drinks wrong and then tried to trick my daughter into being okay with the wrong drink and asked her to at least try it she still might like it. (tasted like trash) 2nd time we ordered XL doughnuts and got regular for xl price. 3rd time was today we tried to order a dozen. 6 cream, 3 chocolate and 3 pink icing doughnuts. Got the 6 cream and 3 pink and then just 3 regular doughnuts. Told her the order was wrong and her response was, " I read the receipt its right." told her you better read it again. then had to wait 10 minutes to get the other 3. btw the creme in the filled doughnuts had a yellow tint with no puff but like goo.
