  In order: pull up to speaker, it's a sensitive automated system that sucks! After getting frustrated, I just pulled around to the window. The young man there not only speaks so low you can barely hear him, (he doesn't even increase his volume when you tell him, he just apologizes and kinda smiles as if he's embarrassed. While giving him my order, ( 2pc w/ red beans and fries w/ extra seasoning and a large curry rice),I watch a young lady named Keeley whilst standing beside the food in the warmers, wipe her entire face with her bare hands a couple times, then the sides of her hair a couple times, then proceed to straighten her long ponytail and tighten the holder. Just after, she reached into the box of serving gloves and put them on. Now whatever is on her face and in her hair is on the gloves she's touching food with. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I'm certain i didn't see the entire staff but everyone is saw had a he's covering except her. I get my food, check the box and the fire have no/barely any seasoning and the legs were the size of (buffalo) wings. I give him the box back and explain. He apologizes and says he'll drop new fries. I watch him put on gloves then look at the chicken and grab 2 different pieces. Just to confirm b/c his voice was so low, I asked if he said he dropped food so they'd be unseasoned and he did. I told him I appreciate fresh fries but I wasn't seasoning on them, like extra. He gives me my new box and the legs are the same size. I'm irritated. I ask are all your legs this small. He says yes. I ask how much to just buy 2 more? I don't think he could figure it out on screen so he just gave them to me. I appreciated him. I'm still about 35 mins from home so i began eating. The heavy seasoning on the soft fries countered how bland and hard the chicken was. By the time I got home to fix my actual plate, instead of red beans, they'd given me mashed potatoes with just the faintest hint of gravy. I was livid! The only thing I didn't check and now I'm all the way home. I ended up making some green beans to go with it. This was around 230p on a Saturday as I'm leaving work. Navigation brought me this way for the first time and I have no clue where this location was even was off I wanted to go back. I was just happy to see the street sign omw home b/c there's no bojangles on my side of town. The entire experience was such a disappointment. My whole ordeal lasted maybe 10 mins. No one else pulled up to order during this time. I see why. (Oh also Keeley pulled up her pants and wiped her actual stomach with her gloved have, then wiped them off on her shirt. She saw me watching her and just continued on. My face doesn't hide what I'm thinking either!) Maybe they were having an off day... they the mine off too!

  They need to hire a new manager. We spent 20 minutes there and never got our food. She(so called manager) took our order, but continued to stay in the back. I got her attention, she just looked at me and continued to do nothing. Another 5 minutes she came to the counter & said what do you need. Food would have been nice, but at the point I asked for a refund and suffered her nasty attitude ( I was in uniform & I honor my badge) so I bet my younger, even with her parting comment. I will never go to this location as long as she is there.

  Nice workers.... Except the one yelling. Food was, eh..... Biscuits were good

  Took 20 mins to get the 20 piece family meal but it was fresh and they left out our 10 biscuits 😒 and the tea was bad but other than that it was worth the 20 min drive

  First time trying Bojangles. Drive thru 100% automated. I couldn't understand what is was saying. Wife said it was sayingwhats your fixens? aka what would you like for a side? Then it kept asking if j wanted to bo size everything??? No I just want you to take my order and stop interrupting me. Wife got bo bites and was practically breading no chicken, couldn't even chew it and on top of that we had to pull forward and wait because they were cooking the chicken. Which makes it even worse, because if that's as good as it gets fresh, that's bad. Just the ordering system alone will keep me from coming back.
