Came last night @ 9pm to pick up a mobile order in the lobby and I had to repeatedly tell staff that I had one, they made about 15-20 drive thru orders before they even proceeded to make mine. I worked at Taco Bell for 5 years and can tell u all need upper management to come in and retrain each and every one of yall. There’s no need for 4 people on DT line & two people in the window, & nobody on the counter. If you have no one for the counter / line you need to close your lobby so you don’t have customers piling up waiting to be accommodated.
