    I have had better service at a gas station. 5 people in the restaurant, only 1 working. Cashiers too busy talking to their friends in the lobby to wait on people, and openly complained that I was there and needed help. Absolutely nasty people, do not go here.

    Had my food delivered. Was very cold and nasty. My fries ice cold. Onion rings cold and hard. My sandwiches were cold, not warm, but cold. Sandwiches was just thrown together. I had the end of the onion on my sandwich and it was huge. Had to take off to eat. Worst service at this location.

    When a customer requests for a lid to be put on their blizzard. It does not mean, slam it on the cup as hard as you can so it melts and spills in their vehicle. Be smart. Now I have to pay to have my interior detailed.

    Have loved DQ for years. The one on Shelbyville Rd is on of our go to for Blizzards. Also like their breakfast. Some of the best biscuits around in the fast food arena.
