  Regularly have issues getting the attention of the staff. Staff will make eye contact with you and quickly look away instead of offering assistance. Sweet tea doesn’t exist in the dining room after 1pm. Food is usually right and on point but with as many people as they have in the kitchen a little customer service isn’t too much to ask for.

  Almost every time I come here I get parked. Even when I only order one sandwich and a sweet tea. Im usually sitting for anywhere from 5-20 minutes. The sandwiches are usually made sloppily as well. It's ridiculous.

  12/02- 7am, Frape machine down for cleaning again cause apparently they don't do it at night. 12/16 - 6:45am, Frape machine down for cleaning again. Told it was down for cleaning. I ask don't you clean that at night since y'all just opened? The answer I was given was no they do that during the day.... that's really stupid. I'll continue to give reports since 90% (not over exaggerating) the time there's always an issue at this location. I work out of town and people in surrounding counties tell me if they're in Scottsville they won't even eat it this restaurant. I can name at least three or four times in the past few months that I've been in the lobby, waiting up to 10 or 15 minutes just to get my order taken because they're short staffed or the people working there only know how to look at a screen and run back and forth without really doing anything and I watch other customers that were waiting as well just walk out. Drive thru? Get ready. Just getting a simple Burger and Fries which is supposed to already be pre-made, can have you waiting in spot A or B for 15 or 20 minutes, then be brought the food cold after waiting all that time. Choices are limited in Scottsville and it's the cheapest fast food joint, that's why this idiot keeps going there. Maybe the Burrell family will take interest in their own store and straighten it up... but seeing as I have frequented this location since it replaced Hardee's in the '90s and use my hard earned dollars to get cold or the wrong food most of the time in that 30 years, I doubt it. Night crew just wants to get out early and skips steps. Corporate McDonald's is more worried about drive-through times than actual quality or customer service....
