They never have cookies. And when asked if they can make some cookies they say they can't make any after 3 pm. Why? That ridiculous that you can't even get food as they dont want to make anything. Lost customers, lost revenue, lost business, means store should be shut down. Management why would you allow your staff and store be a disgrace?
- CMConnie McClanahanJun 25, 20251.0The Mgr should not be the Mgr, cuz I told him, BLT, on wheat toasted, foot long, plus cheese, & he put only bacon & cheese,he didn't put my lettuce, & tomato on it, & decided to argue on the phone about it, several times, he don't listen to the customer at all, cuz I ordered BLT, THAT MEANS BACON, LETTUCE, TOMATO, NOT JUST BACON, I Should be entitled to another footlong, but no, he wouldn't do it, it was his fault, I won't go back, that's for sure !!!!!

Two teenage girls working, refusing to serve a veteran and his daughter because his health condition doesn’t allow him to wear a mask. Calls the police, horrible attitude, got ever single sandwich wrong and sloppily made. Tried to call the owner several times and it went straight to voicemail each time.
