Lady that brought the food was nice. Needed to include ketchup for onion rings and more napkins. She did get us some more ketchup. I dont think you should have to ask for certain things but everywhere is like this now. Only gave one ketchup 2 napkins and one mint for two people. Don't like that most sonics are putting mobile app orders spaces closest to the building. We did get full and are thankful! Just giving my review for improvement. I know service work is hard because I do it.
- AAAJKSep 20, 20251.0I wish reviews went lower. The manager was rude and threatened to call the cops and I truly have no idea what we did wrong… we were sober and chill. I’m wondering if it’s just that we’re young and there was a group of us? Anyway, she’ll lose a whole bunch of customers - as we like hanging out there often - if she keeps this up.
