I asked for a number to speak with Amy, who i'm told is in charge of the store. Instead I speak with General manager Tonya who tells me things will be looked into and handled and she would call me to follow up. I never heard another word. So after my daughters shift yesterday, she tells me its still happening and more than one person working her till and it being short at the end shes having to cover it. Its 10 dollars short, she gives them her last 7 dollars to cover it, the manager then tells her "you better hope this covers it" She also informed me she's being refused her 30 minute meal break because "she doesn't really need it" according to this same manager. So i call again today 11/13/2025 to ask for Amys number, i'm again refused it. So i asked to leave my information for her to call me about these issues. The girl on the phone was very rude, she took my information and said "ill give it to her when i can"

I felt sorry for them. The food was fine, but, i agreed with the others that the whole vibe was chaotic and I cant speak for anyone else that was there that day but I most definitely wouldn't go back there no matter how hungry I got.

Go in and they claim they don't have my order, but I have email verification, plus bank. The rude employees tell me that I'm not getting my food and that MY money will be held for a few days. The food totally sucks anyways!! But for whatever reason my kids like it. Mcdonald's Sucks and so does rude people. They have no business working in public!
