  Have had a few bad customer service experiences but other than those the food is good. A little expensive. I have also not found a hair in my cheddar roast beef like I did at another Arby's. Also unlike some places when you say a lot of sauce they give you a lot of sauce.

  Service was courteous. Food was subpar. Normally, I get the roast beef but chose the meat and 3 this time. Fries were wrong (not a huge deal), but the fish was super dry. It was either overcooked or has been sitting for a LONG while. I'll have to stick with the beef n cheddar next time.

  They didnt seem to happy to be there. Asked for chz sticks as long as they was close to fresh and they did not stretch out when you bite them. Just like eating a cold string cheese. Love that it had extra red sauce on the slider like I asked butttttt seem like they did it in effort to say oh yea here's your extra sauce lol
