  Workers charge what they want, even when price is on menu. If wanting refund, they tell you that only the GM is able. Never know when they show up. Confronted on duty manager, all he could do is scratch his head and say idk.

  I would have given them five stars except for the fact that they're corporate answering service is from hell. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich but I got a Diablo Sandwich because of the corporate answering service. This could have sent me to the hospital since I'm allergic to the peppers. The management there is great and we'll fix any problem you might have. The pizza I got tonight was great. Thank you.

  I did an online order to be picked up at 5:30. When I arrived the girl said she did not see my order, I showed her my order and she asked to manager. He proceeded to tell her that he had canceled my order due to the oven went out but he could make my pizza now. If I wanted to wait for my order why would I have placed an order online?? Not only that but they couldn't even take the time to let me know the order got canceled They stood around dumb founded and didn't even try to make things right. This place has gone down hill and customers don't matter anymore.

  Waited over an hour for our food and it was all cold and then I have a red meant allergy and order chicken Alfredo and got spaghetti sausage which I cant eat. The service was awful . We tried to even help server. Im a manager at a pizza place and just very disappointed
