    Overall good experience i ordered online and picked up id say dairy queen grill and chill has some of the best value from fast food nowadays it's reasonable n still tastes good n good portions

    I visited the location with my wife, and about 8 miles down the road, I realized that my Blizzard was made incorrectly. I was understandably disappointed. Upon returning to the store, I requested to speak with the manager, Richard A. He listened to my concerns and assured me that he would be happy to remake the Blizzard. Richard went above and beyond to rectify the situation, exceeding my expectations. If this message reaches DQ upper management, I want to highlight that Richard is a valuable asset to your company. I hope he knows that he is appreciated by your organization. As someone who has owned a business in the restaurant industry, I understand the challenges of acquiring and retaining quality personnel.
