Upon returning to the store, I requested to speak with the manager, Richard A. He listened to my concerns and assured me that he would be happy to remake the Blizzard. Richard went above and beyond to rectify the situation, exceeding my expectations. If this message reaches DQ upper management, I want to highlight that Richard is a valuable asset to your company.
