  I was completely appalled by the young lady at the drive thru window. Total was $27.95 She rounded it to $28 I had to ask twice for the receipt. I politely asked why it was rounded up and she said they do it to make it easier on themselves. It really didn’t matter cause it was Apple Pay. I told her that it was illegal to round it up with it being already to the nearest nickel and it’s Apple Pay. She gave me a death stare and tossed her hand with a gesture as if to say so what are you going to do. I said give me the money back and she told me if I wanted my money I had to say please and she didn’t like my attitude. I was shocked for a moment and told her I didn’t do an illegal act and tell someone they had to say please to get the money I took from them so don’t tell me I have an attitude. My wife was livid about this. I refused to say please as she stared at me then she gave me the money and smirked at my wife and waved like high school girl from the movies. I had to go inside and luckily the General manager Trish who was very professional and kind was in the store and we had a good chat about it and she confirmed that act was illegal and did not make sense with Apple Pay. She said she would be having a discussion with the rude employee to give a final warning. Trish mentioned she switched to nights ( due to complaints) to see what’s going on at the store. I hope Trish whips the store into shape and I look forward to leaving a positive review in the future.

  Picking up dashes from here normally results in me being late on the pick up time, even if I’m here early. Orders are never ready and I’m always told to pull ahead to wait for the orders.

  Food is good every time I come, even when a mistake is made they’re quick to rectify or reimburse. The only reason I give the atmosphere a 2 star is because, most of the time when I come in, the tables are not wiped and are sticky. Otherwise the food and service is good, me and my friends love coming in to sit and eat. Ken was very quick to make sure everything was up to standard, he came and checked on our table and was very kind at the counter when handing us our food. Would absolutely eat here again, thank you!

  I ordered a family chili and it was delicious, only problem they forgot my crackers. But luckily the dollar store is closer than Wendy's so I bought a box.
