  Was in the area and my family of 5 wanted tacos. Bad choice for choosing this location. First time going to this one but will try to remember not to go back. First off, we came in, stood at the counter for several minutes to get our order taken. Noone showed up. There was a lady taking orders in the drive through and some others standing around, some filling orders. Never been inside an establishment where employees don't even acknowledge a customer. Absolutely no one said a word. Husband wanted to leave after about a 15 min wait. My son really wanted taco bell so I walked over and started placing my order on the self order screens. Wasn't able to order the same as if we where actual waited on because it's set up a bit different and you have to order things separate than if you just state a combo number. Anyway, went through thr process and right under 70 bucks later had the order placed. Wow, that's some costly tacos. So we sat down waited another 20 min but understandable with the cost but it all fit on 2 trays scattered out. Beyond my believe, the order was right. Gotta give credit where credit is due and I was impressed by this because most times at other locations, we are always missing items. 1 out of our party of 5 was happy with their meal. It just didn't taste good and sorta had no flavor. I hate giving anything but 5 star reviews and if they had actually acknowledged my family and I being there and taken our order, I would have looked over the inconvenience. Just had a bad start to the taco bell experience so I deducted 2 stars. The 3 stars is for getting the order right.

  Hate to leave bad reviews but enough is enough. I've tried to give both locations the benefit of the doubt for months but I've just had enough. Orders wrong or poorly filled every single time. How hard is it to make a cheesy bean and rice burrito? It's three ingredients. It doesn't include onions. It's more than just a folded tortilla. What I don't understand the most is how they can get it wrong *so many times*. Are you guys just not training people?
