Pizza Hut replaced the pizza, but with something of less value and not delivered! Not cheese crust. I paid for both. Samantha is a pathetic manager, and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service! Dont worry, when these videos are placed, her store will plummet in ratings and her name will be well known! There's a right way and a wrong way to speak to people, and she hasn't been taught the right way. Shame on her parents! This 3 topping pizza will be expensive for her store. When this is over. They will wish that they had just replaced the pizza! Oh, btw, two days earlier, my 3 topping was burnt! But I accepted that and figured that they were just busy. I didn't want to bother them!! But a totally wrong pizza is not ok! Her actions and behavior, though, was the final straw!
