  Went in for lunch on Thursday, and had the soup and salad. The soup was lukewarm and mediocre in taste, nothing special, BUT upon receiving my wedge salad, (upcharge too) believing it would be an amazingly, delicious and eye appealing salad, lT WAS NOT!! I ask the server if this is was the way the salad was supposed to look, and she explained if the dressing wasn’t put onto it the toppings wouldn’t adhere to it. LOL The lettuce wedge was small and toppings few. There was NOTHING abt this meal that was good. It was costly +tip, and I would NEVER EVER recommend the unlimited salad and soup!!! I will NEVER go back!!!!!!

  With it being early I figured everything would be fresh and hot. Boy was I wrong. The bread was hard and cold butter wouldn't melt. Potatoes cold, butter wouldn't melt, salad was more ranch than salad and the lettuce was bad. Steak was ok, but after 3 bites my lips and mouth were burning from to much pepper, shrimp over cooked. Definitely not worth it.

  We’ve eaten here at least 4 times over multiple years, and we’ve gotten food poisoning every single time. The most recent time being earlier this week. We’ve given it multiple chances, I don’t know how this happened over the 10 years we’ve lived in Richmond.

  Called for take out. Steak over cooked and loaded with pepper. Hard and tuff. Pirate looked as it been baked then rebaked. Small potatoes not a potato you would use for bake potato. Broccoli in large flowers and cold.

  Honestly, the service was pretty bad. The waiter forgot to take my boyfriend's order, so she placed our order first, then put in a separate ticket for his. So he got his food 30 minutes after the order was placed and we (our two kids and I) got our food 33 minutes after that, so he was done eating. His steak wasnt cooked correctly, and pur blooming onion was both undercooked and burnt.
