The server was amazingly friendly and attentive, drinks never reached the bottom, and the food was superbly prepared and seasoned better than any outback I have visited in the past, although a little on the pricy side but totally worth it for such great food and service

- KCKay CainNov 1, 20251.0I would give 0 stars honestly but you can’t I got signed in and seated after a 20 min wait , which is fine however - after that it went downhill quick We gave our appetizer and order at the same time to save time and help the waitress. Did not get small plates for bread ( that was not warm) did not offer the refill. Finally after 30 min got cheese sticks and then 4 other tables that were seated after we were got their food and 2 had finished before they came out with ours and another table on the same serving tray An hour and half later We did mention it they offered a cheesecake for our inconvenience we declined. Paid our bill got some to go boxes and did not get to eat our food Only had cheese sticks , house salad and bread in the hour and half that we were there! Terrible service I normally do not leave reviews or even complain but this was in acceptable and very inconsiderate
