The drive through line was crazy as usual, and inside was a little busy but not too busy. My husband and I walked up to have our order taken and we knew we would have to wait until someone could come up and take it. WE DO NOT LIKE THE KIOSK. We want the personal experience with people. The manager for the morning shift would not take our order. She told the gal that would have taken our order that we would have to go to the kiosk to place an order. We went somewhere else to have breakfast this morning. Thanks McDonalds 11/8/25

That coupled with the fact the sandwich was partially out of the wrapper when I reached in the bag just to grab the top half of the muffin was not a great experience in the making. I get things happen but it is that window persons job to ensure that the order is complete and in the bag and not thrown in and half unwrapped. It was slow and there was no reason to not double check. That being said once I put the muffin back together, it and the coffee were good.
