When you ask for hot fries, they hand you another container of cold fries and tell you it will be at lest three minutes on hot ones. They give you half filled drinks, sometimes without any ice. It's safe to say the owners don't care because of all the negative reviews. They should seriously visit this store as a customer and see what kind of food they serve customers and how long it takes to get the wrong food that is consistently cold.

Well, these McRibs weren’t made right even! There weren’t any onions on them!!! Barely any bbq sauce on them and in one of them, he pulled out a really long hair from it!!!! So disgusted , he threw the others away and even his fries!!! The nuggets were hard and old tasting. Fries were soggy!!! Was just terrible but my husband will probably never eat another McRib after that hair and how it was made! Terrible service, unfriendly and terrible food!!! I took pictures of the hair and McRibs like they were
