The guy taking my order acted like my existence personally offended him. When I asked for the ravioli, he cut me off and said “We don’t have that” in an extremely rude, irritated tone, like I was stupid for even asking. I’ve been to Fazoli’s plenty of times and I know they have ravioli, so the attitude made it even more ridiculous. When I pulled up to the window, it got even worse. He didn’t say hello, didn’t say a word at all actually. No total, no confirmation, no thank you. He just shoved the food out the window and stared at me with the most hostile, miserable expression I’ve ever seen on a fast food employee. The kind of look that makes you feel like you’re doing something wrong just by being there. It genuinely felt like he hated customers and had zero interest in even pretending to do his job. Everyone has bad days, but this wasn’t a bad day. This was straight-up disrespectful and unprofessional. If someone is that annoyed by basic customer interaction, they shouldn’t be anywhere near a drive-through window. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Since I am gluten free, I figured a salad is what I would be having for lunch. I was able to sub out the crispy chicken for grilled chicken and asked for no croutons. The salad was delicious. The portion size always generous. I ended up taking about half home and had it for lunch the next day.
