I called the store to inquire about getting a remake. The person who answered the phone took my information and placed me on hold while they said they were looking up my order. They left me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried reaching out to Domino's customer care but kept getting a runaround and no one ever got back with me. It wasn't the missing topping that made me mad as much as the horrible customer service and being hung up on. I won't be getting pizza from Domino's again.

Lip service to address store mistakes and not following through on promises to credit overcharged pizza. Porter drive store 10 X better in service, inventory, and ordering from the menu. This store management needs more training . My criticism alone will not change their attitude. Maybe, if this post resonates with your experience with the merchant drive store, you can give this post a thumbs up.

Well thats a buncha crap cause they deliver to homes on Goggins lane which is actually further out than my home. Yall just lost a customer...nice work. Ordered from dominoes and they actually worked with me to get the address...good pizza! Thanks for a crappy experience mad mushroom!
