  My partner and I were snowed in at our apartment and desperate for some kind of food when we started running low. I ordered Dominos and put in the delivery instructions that they wouldn’t have to come to our door and we’d meet them at the street. On our walk to the street (which is incredibly icy and snowy), we saw our deliver driver, Stuart, on our Ring camera who walked up from his car all the way up a hill with our food in hand. I couldn’t believe a delivery driver would do that and I was so thankful and appreciative. I would’ve tipped Stuart so much more if I knew he was doing to do that. Thank you so much Stuart! Our food was great and made up for the two falls I had walking down better.

  Called 10 minutes prior, food was already done when I arrived. Young woman at the window was nice, great customer service. Pizza was delicious and well made. Parm bites had plenty of garlic oil and parm shake on them. Highly recommend, great job tonight.

  I ordered a pizza for carryout. Everything went well until I got home and discovered one of the toppings was left off. I called the store to inquire about getting a remake. The person who answered the phone took my information and placed me on hold while they said they were looking up my order. They left me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried reaching out to Domino's customer care but kept getting a runaround and no one ever got back with me. It wasn't the missing topping that made me mad as much as the horrible customer service and being hung up on. I won't be getting pizza from Domino's again.
