She then told me "I was listening the whole time. You did not order that.". I ordered 2 sausage biscuit twin packs and 2 CHICKEN biscuit bowls. I understand if the newbie miss understood when I said it that way, but for the manager to instantly tell me I'm wrong because she had to do her job is insane. I even tried to point a mistake out before they made the food but couldn't because they walked away for about 4 minutes to make the wrong food. I've been avoiding this dairy queen for months because of the terrible customer service and the first time I give them another chance they messed everything up and went even further with the worst customer interaction I've had all year.
