We waited 15 mins past the due time till someone finally told us that someone else took our food. They then told us it would take 45 mins to remake it….refund will take 3-5 business days like the average wait for a to go order.

Our fries were shriveled and cold like they had been sitting a while. The new buffalo chicken dip wasn’t that great, there were 3 times the amount of chips even needed for the small portion of dip you get and it mostly just tasted like rotisserie chicken. Our wings were so dark and crunchy I thought they were burnt and there was barely any sauce on the wings they looked more like a dry rub. The Philly cheesesteak was semi warm and it didn’t have any onions on it like it stated on the menu. The best thing we got was the skillet cookie it was the only item we got that was hot/warm. Overall terrible experience, we hadn’t ate there in almost 8 months and we were so shocked how much the place had gone downhill since our last visit. Just so disappointed in the food!
