Ughhhhhhhh.. I love Dominos but I’ve been having negative interactions with employees and experiencing poorly made food over the past few months. It’s almost comical, really. Never an issue before though!
About a month ago I called the store to express that my food was poorly assembled and baked. I was met with attitude and sarcasm from the employee. After being belittled, I was given a credit on my account for my next order.
Before that, the driver left my pizza on my doorstep despite requesting for it to be handed to me. At least they rang the doorbell? Idk. Food was delish though.
Around 2 weeks ago I placed an order over the phone and asked to use the credit on my account from our last interaction. I was, yet again, met with exasperation, attitude, and sarcasm from the employee. And if it couldn’t get any more uncomfortable, the line didn’t disconnect when they went to end the call. Let’s just say they had some feelings about our interaction. Lol When I went in person to pick it up, the same employee was patient, kind, and overtly attentive. So that was interesting. Food was awesome.
My most recent order today arrived slung all over the box. At least it was better than last time?
Service is not good ..employee behavior is bed food was not good they don’t wear a gloves .. food quality is not satisfied

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! Was put on hold for several minutes, then went to pickup the food and it was ready but got home and all the food was burned, called and told them about it they offered to refix the food but we did not have time to run back up there so then they said they would put a credit on our account. We mentioned they may need to see if they can adjust the timer on the oven but they said it was on a set time so upper management may want to reevaluate the timing so that you get quality food instead of burnt food. We had the Philly sandwich and chicken alfredo ( the alfredo literally had 3 chunks of chicken and that was it)

I thought the original location went down the drain but the new location stops taking any kind of order past 12:20 at night. Website rejected several times with an error, and I was placed on hold by some kid and then they switched the phone lines off a minute later. This business deserves to run out of business, buy local or make your own.

Spent $30 on two pizzas. As for a couple packs of Parmesan and a couple packs of crushed red pepper. Handed me one pack of each and said any more than that he would have to charge me for. I've been eating Domino's a long time as well as all over the state when I traveled and never had to pay for this stuff. I guess greed has got the best of another company.
