The service provided was unprofessional, characterized by rude staff, flat beverages, and unappetizing food. Staff also failed to provide identification upon my request. They claim this is for security purposes:-( Dairy Queen do better!!

My husband got a royal blizzard with no chocolate center. He asked the drive thru cashier Natalie for a receipt and told her his order was wrong and she handed him the receipt and shut the window without saying a word..... another guy came and fixed it and then she never gave us the blizzard.... my husband had to wave in the window after several minutes for her to get it to us, she opened the window handed it to him and shut it again saying nothing. I'm not sure what her deal was but I would never let my associate act this way or continue to employ them after what I witnessed tonight, do better :(
