  I got a BLT combo, with Tater Tots & a large drink well the sandwich was terrible I am posting a picture I would be ashame to even serve that the tater tots were not good & a little too done for me I will not be back there the wait time was ridiculous as well..I won’t go back

  Left our order sitting inside and had to ask after 20 minutes where our food was. Shake was melted and food was cold. Not worth ever going to ever again.

  I placed a order for two slushies and a drink and been waiting over a hour and some for door dash to deliver it (been through two dashers ) and no one will answer ur store when I try calling. (Edit- after FIVE attempts at calling , three door dasher attempts and almost two hours of waiting, my drinks are on the way. Absolutely ridiculous and the staff didn't even try to apologize when I finally got ahold of someone on the phone .

  I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks (coke & slushy). I arrived at the scheduled time. There were only 4 cars waiting. I sat in my stall for 20 minutes before I walked to the door to inquire about my 2 drinks. As I approached, the carhop opened the door & I said that I have been waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order of 2 drinks. She snapped & said what was it? I told her and she said, I just made that. I replied, I didn't receive it. (I'm thinking she gave my order to one of the other cars who left) She walked back in fussing and yelling telling the other 2 guys that she just made it. One of the other guys came to the door with my order after she put it down. I asked him what her name was because I was going to report this. He looked at me like a deer in headlights and said, I don't want to give her name. I asked for the Manager on duty. He said, "I'm the Manager." I asked what is your name. He said Terrance. I told him that I would be reporting this. He then said, you can put in a review. Just like he didn't care about how rude his employee was. NOT ONCE did either of them offer an apology for the 20 plus min wait nor the nasty rude attitude of the employee. If you dont want to service the public, then apply for another job. I was not rude nor nasty to anyone. This is my first time EVER complaining about waiting at this Sonic because I know how busy it can get. This time, there were only 3 cars (2 left & 2 pulled up) & for goodness sake, it was a mobile order for 2 drinks. Unacceptable
