  If I could do zero stars I absolutely would , pizza was soggy , wrong cut and just thrown together the basic cheese bread ended up having pine apple and bacon (can’t have bacon right now.) Nothing was cut all the way through, missing toppings, and under cooked . If you want to use your rewards points the pizza will be awful . If you want a GOOD Pizza Hut option go to 990 south Dixie it’s also in radcliff !

  Disappointing Lunch Buffet Experience at Pizza Hut stopped into the Pizza Hut at 1215 N Dixie Hwy in Radcliff, KY around noon recently, expecting a decent lunch buffet. There were only two elderly couples dining inside when I arrived, and the buffet situation was rough the entire ~40 minutes I was there.They had literally just two pizzas sitting out the whole time, along with only two breadsticks. I tried one breadstick and it was rock-hard—like biting into concrete. The pizzas tasted like they had been made at 11 a.m. or even earlier. The crust was stale, the cheese was congealed, and overall it was dry and completely unappetizing. I ended up picking off a few toppings and eating what I could salvage, but most of it was inedible.The young lady working the floor was friendly and kept my drink refilled, which was the only positive part of the service. Unfortunately, no one seemed to be refreshing the buffet or bringing out fresh pizzas while I was there.At $13, this felt like a complete waste of money. For a lunch buffet, you expect hot, fresh pizza and decent turnover—especially at noon. This location fell way short on quality and freshness.I won't be returning for the buffet. Stick to ordering fresh if you're in the area, or go somewhere else for lunch. Not even sure how this place is open.

  Everything our order been wrong. To pizza been undercooked, handed the wrong pizza. I go back to get a new pizza ,the do the exact same thing to the second. Last 3 times. I had to back to the store to wait. I can understand if they having issues . Last 3 times it has happened. No apologies, like they use to this mishap because it happens so often.
