  I placed a mobile order this evening for pick up and when I got to the drive-through window and provided my code, they said they did not have my meal ready and that they were not currently taking orders due to several large meals already backed up the kitchen. I find it funny how a chain restaurant is refusing to honor a mobile order when they are not sufficiently staffed or equipped with the supplies that they need for said large orders. I have worked for McDonald’s on and off for over six years, and I have never seen such a poor example of running a chain. Let’s hope that this order gets refunded because they told me that I have to leave it as unclaimed, and it will be refunded which I highly doubt will happen.

  I recently had a bad experience at the store and one lady was very kind and helpful for the situation instead of just trying to belittle me like some of the other managers were. And her name is Wanda. Thank you so much for your kind service the other day and yesterday when I came in. I would also like to thank Joanne she was very helpful with taking my order and she even pointed out where the sweet tea was cuz I had overlooked it . Haha but she did not make me feel inadequate or dumb for not seeing it. So thank you for being so helpful and kind as well Joanne. My kids were happy the food was fresh all of it was there.

  Absolutely terrible service. Took well over 10 minutes waiting as the first person at the counter to order and over 30 minutes to get two happy meals and two cheeseburgers. They were out of all the drinks in the lobby and no one to fill them at the counter. I ended going into the kitchen and filling the drinks myself. Do not go here, go to prather and dixie location, way faster and the staff appears to actually care

  Last night I placed an order in the mobile app. I checked in put what spot I was in waited for my food. I went into the building because I hadn't received my order. The manager acted like I didn't pay for my food even though I had an order number. I paid for my order twice and they didn't cancel the charge for the order they said they can't find in the system. The manager on duty last night between 5:30 - 6:30 acted like my partner was stupid and said it's the long order number you can't miss it. Then tried to tell me I didn't check in when I did. Also, the app took my points for an item I used my points for.
