  I was priced for half of the stuff that I didn't even get and I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my food and they were all rude.

  This location used to be the best; had been going since 2010 a couple times a month (even thru some of the times people had told me they'd gotten sick from the food or their food/experience had been bad). But I now go maybe three or four times a year out of convenience when I have the craving for nuggets. And the last 3 visits I've made they've either had no chocolate frosty, they've cupped it and let it sit inside the window, or handed it to me then tell me they're waiting on fries still; I've been given spicy nuggets almost each time instead of regular, and half the time don't even bother with making requests cause half won't be paid attention to (like no sauce or a condiment removed). Its a literal flip of the coin on if youre gonna get good food or not anymore here. Service I've never had a problem inside or drive thru. And I get I'm only one person and one opinion and gonna be labeled a Karen. But I really try to not leave bad reviews anywhere I can unless its super bad the first time or it seems like a constant issue 2 or more times cause I get places and people have off days.
